Mikhail Rozenfeld
Managing Partner
Prior to founding Prometheus Health Partners, Mike was a Vice President with The Channel Group LLC, a healthcare venture development and management firm.
Prior to The Channel Group, Mike led business development activities at AT&T ForHealth, the mobile and digital health division of AT&T.
While at AT&T, he completed five commercial agreements and managed the launch of mobile health solutions, including AT&T EverThere mPERS and Remote Patient Monitoring Solutions.
Previously Mike was an investment associate at SFW Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity fund, focused on analytical services and instrumentation.
He conducted market diligence, financial modeling, and business plan development for several private equity transactions deploying over $100M of capital.
Mike started his career as a management consultant with McKinsey & Co in New York, where he was a member of the Corporate Finance practice.
He has a record of successful sourcing, evaluation, investing, and deal execution in a wide range of asset classes including public market equity and private equity.
Mike serves as a mentor at the StartupHealth Academy where he advises early stage healthcare companies on business development, strategy, and financing matters.
He also has direct advisory relationships with several healthcare technology companies.
Mike holds a BBA (magna cum laude) from the Ross School of Business at The University of Michigan with emphases in finance, accounting, and corporate strategy.
Dhruv Ohri
Analyst

Dhruv Ohri is an Analyst at Prometheus Health Partners and is primarily responsible for sourcing and evaluating
investment opportunities, as well as performing market research and due diligence activities. He is a junior at Vanderbilt University majoring in Economics.
Prior to joining Prometheus, Dhruv was a Research Analyst Intern at Laffer Associates. He also worked as a Technical Intern at AT&T, as an Equity Research Intern at Obsidian Research Group, and as a
Research Assistant at the Zald Affective Neuroscience Laboratory. Dhruv’s interests primarily lie in the healthcare technology space. He enjoys playing tennis, basketball, and disc golf in his free time and currently
serves as the Vice President of Vanderbilt University’s Disc Golf Club.
Manas Gosavi
Analyst

Manas Gosavi is an Analyst at Prometheus Health Partners and is primarily responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities,
as well as performing market research and due diligence activities. He is a Junior at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, pursuing degrees in Physics and Finance along with a
Certificate in Technology Commercialization. Prior to joining Prometheus, Manas was a summer analyst at MDI Investments, a boutique investment bank in Chicago, and has held other positions
ranging from consulting and corporate strategy to quantitative research. He is also the Vice President and Healthcare Sector Head for Illini Capital Management, the University's investment fund.
Zhexin Chen
Analyst

Zhexin Chen is an Analyst Intern at Prometheus Health Partners and is primarily responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, as well as performing market research
and due diligence activities. Zhexin is currently a senior at the Fu Foundation School of Engineering & Applied Science at Columbia University majoring in Operations Research.
In addition to his B.S from Columbia, Mr. Chen graduated with honors in Applied Mathematics from Fordham University. Prior to joining Prometheus,
Zhexin held Analyst Intern position at DT Capital Partners where he was responsible for identifying, screening of project, evaluating new investment opportunities in LED manufacturing industry.
He also worked as an Audit intern at Deloitte Shanghai where he conducted analytical review of audit documents.
Raffi Zhang
Analyst

Raffi is an Analyst at Prometheus Health Partners and is primarily responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, as well as performing market research and due diligence activities.
Raffi is a junior at Columbia Engineering majoring in Applied Mathematics and minoring in Economics. Raffi serves as an executive board member of Columbia University Financial Engineering (CUFE) where he holds
student-led discussions focused on current events in banking and capital market. Prior to joining Prometheus, Raffi interned as an Investment Banking Spring Analyst
at Reinvention Capital Advisors where he constructed financial analyses and performed industry research in Cleantech for sell-side M&A transactions. Raffi also enjoys playing pool in his spare time.
Nevin Varghese
Analyst

Nevin Varghese is an Analyst at Prometheus Health Partners and is primarily responsible for sourcing and evaluating
investment opportunities, as well as performing market research and due diligence activities. He graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and he
is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University. For three years now, Nevin has been involved in his own independent research at the Biomedical Engineering department
at Rutgers University looking into drug delivery via liposomes.
Although he was deeply immersed in the healthcare field during the course of his studies, he is interested in learning more about healthcare with respect to entrepreneurship and management.
Chris Hendriksen
Chris Hendriksen, CEO of VRI, Inc., a leading provider of remote patient monitoring technologies including telehealth monitoring, medication adherence, and medical alert systems that support patient self management and health plan Care Management operations.
The company enables seniors, the chronically ill, and those with disabilities to maintain their independence and avoid long-term care facilities, and avoid preventable hospitalizations.
Chris is responsible for the Operational aspects of the business, with an additional focus on selling new products and services to the Company's current base of customers.
Prior to working at VRI, Chris co-founded Blue Canyon Capital search fund, a private investment firm formed to make a long term investment in profitable small and middle market companies.
Chris also worked for Thayer Capital Partners, a private equity firm in Washington, DC with $1.5 billion of capital under management.
At Thayer, Chris focused on making and managing private company investments in the logistics, aerospace/defence and electronics manufacturing industries.
Prior to Thayer, Chris held positions with William Blair & Company and PROTRADE.
Chris received his MBA from Stanford University and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Allen Hill
Allen Hill is the retired President and CEO of DPL Inc (DPL), a $2 billion holding company with its principle subsidiary the Dayton Power and Light Co.
During his 37 years, Mr. Hill served the company in various capacities including COO, Treasurer, CFO, and a number of engineering positions.
He was a member of the company’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Hill is actively involved in business and community organizations.
He serves on the boards of iNet Interactive Inc., Raptor Technologies LLC, United Layer LLC, chairman of the University of Dayton Board of Trustees,
past Chairman of Premier Health Partners, past Board member of Fifth Third Bank and has served on a number of community Boards in the Southwest Ohio area.

Ashley Giesler
Ashley is currently a consultant and an active investor focusing on investments in early-stage and lower middle market high growth companies.
Ashley has over 15 years of operational and strategic experience serving in corporate development and legal roles
supporting companies through periods of rapid growth by creating and executing business and capital strategies,
negotiating complex commercial transactions, hiring and building executive teams, and advising and managing transformational events in a company’s lifecycle.
In senior leadership roles at Sunrun Inc. and Asurion Corporation, Ashley led teams that raised over $10 billion in capital across a variety
of financing transactions including equity (venture capital and private equity), debt (working capital and secured and unsecured credit facilities)
and project finance (debt and tax equity), led the execution of numerous acquisitions exceeding $2 billion in value and advised on international expansion in Asia,
Europe and Latin America.

Andy Shah
Mr. Shah is an investment professional with Sequoia Capital Global Equities.
Sequoia Capital Global Equities focuses on generating attractive long-term investment returns in the public markets.
Previously, Mr. Shah was an Associate with Google's Global Sales Strategy and Operations team where he worked on a number of strategic and operational initiatives.
Prior to Google, Mr. Shah was a management consultant at Oliver Wyman and worked in investment banking at Lehman Brothers.
Mr. Shah received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.
Daniel Krizek
Mr. Krizek is an investment professional with Brookside Capital,
a fundamental multibillion-dollar global equity long/short hedge fund.
Mr. Krizek focuses on investments in healthcare sector, primarily biotechnology, medical technology, and life sciences.
Previously, Daniel was a management consultant with McKinsey & Co and a member of the Corporate Finance practice.
While at McKinsey, he advised healthcare, financial services, and technology companies in the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East.
Mr. Krizek is a CFA and CAIA charter holder.
Mr. Krizek received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stanford University.
Andrew Love
Andy Love is Founder and Managing Principal of VantageCap Partners, LLC, and Aspect Investors, LLC,
both of which are private investment companies focused on the lower-middle market.
He is also a Strategic Consultant to Behavioral Health Group (BHG).
Most recently, Mr. Love served as Chief Executive Office & President of Behavioral Health Group,
a substance abuse services company that he co-founded in 2006 through a private equity vehicle that he co-founded, VantageCap Partners.
Under his leadership, BHG was a three-time winner of the Inc. 500|5000 award (2010, 2011, 2012),
where the company was ranked the 18th fastest growing private healthcare company in the U.S. (2010), and the Dallas 100 (2009, 2010, 2011) award.
The Frontenac Company acquired BHG through a majority sale in 2011.
Prior to founding BHG and its sponsor, VantageCap Partners, Mr. Love was a founding team member of Broadband Venture Partners (“BVP”),
a Dallas-based growth equity firm focused on the telecommunications and enterprise software industries.
At BVP, he worked extensively with Telecom Technologies Inc., acquired by Sonus Networks Inc. (SONS);
VeriCenter, Inc., acquired by SunGard Data Systems Inc.; and other BVP portfolio companies.
Mr. Love’s experience also includes working with top management of other entrepreneurial growth companies, including Informative, Inc.,
acquired by Satmetrix Systems Inc. Earlier in his career, Mr. Love was with Bain & Company,

Mr. Love is Co-President of the Dallas Chapter of the Stanford GSB Alumni Association,
is a Board Member of the University of Texas Silver Spurs Alumni Association, and is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
He serves as an advisor to several non-profit organizations and private companies. Mr. Love is also a recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award, Southwest Region (2011). Mr. Love holds a BA in Plan II Honors, magna cum laude, from The University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with Phi Beta Kappa honors and departmental distinction. At Host, Andy worked with the Treasury, Asset Management and Acquisition and Development groups and completed transactions valued at approximately $1.5 billion.
Andy has also held positions with Florida Capital Partners and Blue Ridge Capital.
Andy received his MBA from Stanford University and his BS from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, where he serves on the Schools Advisory Board.
Jon Altschuler
Mr. Altschuler is a partner at Altschuler and Company and founded the company in 2009.
Previously, he was president of Stream Realty Partners where he grew its Class A agency-leasing portfolio five-fold and opened three offices around the country.
Prior to that, he was a leasing agent with Trammell Crow Company. Jon also coaches youth sports, serves on the finance committee of HPUMC,
and moderates a YPO forum in the North Texas chapter. Mr. Altschuler was named to the Dallas Business Journal’s Thirty Under 30 list as well as its Forty Under 40 list.
He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University where he was elected Phi Beta Kappa.
W. Robert Dahl
Mr. Dahl is currently a private investor, focusing on the healthcare industry.
Previously, he was the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Arrowhawk Capital Partners, an investment company
and the Vice President of Strategic Business Development and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Golden Pond Healthcare, Inc.
From April 1999 until June 2006, Mr. Dahl served as the head of Global Healthcare for the Carlyle Group,
a leading private equity firm, where he was responsible for the firm's investments in the healthcare field.
Prior to Carlyle, Mr. Dahl served as co-head of healthcare investment banking in North America at Credit Suisse First Boston.
Mr. Dahl is a director of several private companies.
He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Cancer Research Institute.
Mr. Dahl received a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Casey Lynch
Mr. Lynch is a Managing Director of Altamont Capital Partners (ACP). Prior to joining ACP, Casey spent 14 years as a middle market private equity investor.
Most recently, Casey was a Partner of SFW Capital Partners L.L.C., a middle-market private equity fund with $300 million under management.
Prior to joining SFW Capital, Casey was a Partner at Parthenon Capital L.L.C., a middle market private equity fund with $1.5 billion under management,
where he led the healthcare investment activity for the firm. Previously, Casey also served as a Vice President of North Castle Partners L.L.C.,
a private equity fund focused on consumer healthcare products and services. Casey began his career at Bain & Company in the San Francisco and Los Angeles offices.
Casey has a Masters of Science in Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business as well as a B.A. in Public Policy from Stanford University.
Michael Miles
Mr. Miles has 25 years of experience building, growing and operating recruiting businesses.
In 1988, Michael co-founded SeatonCorp, a leading provider of recruiting, vendor-on-premise staffing and end-to-end supplier management
solutions for strategic users of contingent labor. Michael currently serves as Chairman of the business, and under his leadership, SeatonCorp
has grown from a staff of two to one of Crain’s “Largest Privately Held Companies” in Chicago, with more than 1,600 employees.
SeatonCorp has achieved consistent, organic growth resulting in a 20%+ compounded annual growth rate over a 25-year period,
earning more than $475 million in revenue during 2012. In 2010, Michael joined the private equity firm, Lake Capital,
as an Operating Executive and currently oversees the firm’s investment in Addison Group. Michael is also a board member for Workplace Answers, InnFlux and CareerPlace.
In 2012, Michael founded the Business StartUp Incubator educational program at Barrington High School.
He is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University.
Kausik Rajgopal
Mr. Rajgopal is a Partner at McKinsey & Company and leads the San Francisco office.
He also leads the North American Financial Services Organization and Risk Culture practices and the West Coast Payments practice.
He serves banks, asset managers, processors, private equity firms and insurance companies on a broad range of strategy,
organization and operations topics. Mr. Rajgopal’s recent experience includes developing payments strategy for a card issuer in the
'new normal'; assessing cultural enablers and barriers and implementing a range of interventions to enable a successful merger integration;
redesigning the organization of an asset manager to improve speed and effectiveness of decision-making; and identifying and addressing "blind spots"
in the risk management culture of a large financial institution.
Mr. Rajgopal graduated with distinction from Stanford University with degrees in Political Science and Industrial Engineering.
He received his MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
James N. Perry, Jr.
Mr. Perry is a Managing Director on the Madison Dearborn Partners Telecom, Media & Technology Services team.
Prior to co-founding MDP, Mr. Perry was with First Chicago Venture Capital for eight years.
Previously, he was with The First National Bank of Chicago. Mr. Perry currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Asurion Corporation,
QuickPlay Media, Inc., Sorenson Communications Holdings, LLC, T-Mobile USA, Inc., The Topps Company, Inc., Univision Communications Inc.,
and Chicago Public Media.
He holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Kent Weaver
Mr. Weaver is currently Chairman and CEO of Progressive Home Care, a Northern California-based health care company.
Previously, Mr. Weaver held executive positions in marketing and product management for a VC-backed marketing automation startup,
as a regional CFO and business analyst in Pepsico’s Pizza Hut Division, and as a management consultant at Ernst & Young.
He is currently a board member at VRI, Discovery Outsourcing, Data Fusion Technologies, Onesource Water, Integra Partners and Healthwyse.
Mr. Weaver received his MBA from the Fully Employed Program at the University of California, Los Angeles and BS in finance from the University of Southern California.
